At the time we were there there was also a suited gentleman who was apparently a Director who hung around in reception looking very austere and unwelcoming. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool, which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel, and there were no streaming channels available on the television, only Italian ones. We would return for the convenience, location and excellent staff."
